Set up tiers, perks & plaque limits

Your tiers are the pricing table backers see on your wall. Spelling out what each one includes is the single biggest thing you can do to get backed at higher amounts — a sponsor deciding between $50 and $500 needs a reason to pick $500.

1. Open Getting backed and scroll to Your tiers. There are six: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Title, each covering a range of backing amounts.
2. Add perks. Under any tier, press + add a perk and write what a backer at that level gets. You can add up to six lines per tier, 120 characters each. Keep them concrete: “A mention in the video description” beats “my thanks”.
3. Turn off tiers you don’t want. Each card has a toggle. Switching one off stops new backings at that level — plaques people already earned stay on your wall.
4. Set a plaque limit if you want scarcity. The Plaque limit field caps how many plaques exist at that tier. Three Gold seats feels a lot more valuable than unlimited. Leave it blank for no limit.
5. Press Save tiers.

What backers see

A capped tier shows how many spots are left, and counts down as they go. When a tier fills, the button becomes All plaques taken and we refuse new backings at that level. Setting a limit lower than what you’ve already sold is allowed — the tier just reads as full.

Which tiers you can use

• On Free you can offer Bronze, which covers the standard $5–$100 amounts. Higher tiers need a paid plan.
• On Pro or Max you can set your own range and open Silver and Gold, up to $2,500 per backing.
• Above $2,500 (Platinum, Titanium, Title) tiers show By request. That’s a deliberate limit while we’re young — ask us to raise your ceiling and we’ll talk it through with you.
